AHMEDABAD: The Ahmedabad Rockets will have to raise their performance bar when they lock horns with in-form Royal Bengal Tigers in the Indian Cricket League 20s Indian Championship match here at Sardar Patel Stadium on Wednesday. Rockets have been successful once in three outings while Tigers are yet to taste a loss.

The situation which the Damien Martyn and Co. Faces is very similar to Team India has faced in past. On paper the team looks very strong with international players like Martyn, Ryan Campbell, Heath Streak, Jason Gillespie and Murray Goodwin in the line up. But these Rockets are yet to fire.

Batting will be the major concern. Though Campbell and Parvez Aziz have played well at the top of the order, but middle-order comprising Sridharan Sriram, Goodwin, Sodhi and Streak hasnt shown its true colours. Though there have been some individual performances but the hosts lack team effort.
