Joshna in final of NSC Super Satellite squash

Kuala Lumpur:  India's Joshna Chinappa, the top seed, entered the final of the NSC Super Satellite No.4 squash tournament defeating Siti Munirah Jusoh of Malaysia in four games at the National Squash Centre, Bukit Jalil, here Thursday.

Joshna, ranked 39th in the world, won 9-11,11-3,11-2,11-7,to qualify for her second consecutive final on the Women s International Squash Player s Association (WISPA) Tour. Last week at the same venue, Joshna became the first Indian player to win a Tour title. In the final Friday, Joshna takes on another Malaysian, Low Wee Wern, ranked No.46,the third seed.

The 18-year old Wern overcame unseeded Australian Melody Francis 11-2,11-2,11-4,in the other semi-final.
