Kochi: The 29th Inter-Unit Petroleum Sports Promotion Board (PSPB) bridge tournament will start at the Cheriai Beach Resort here tomorrow. Six member organisations from the petroleum sector - Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Indian Oil Corporation-Assam Oil Divison (IOC-AOD), Oil India Limited (OIL) and Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC) - will participate in the five-day tournament, ONGC sources told reporters here.

There will be three events - team of four Duplicate, Pairs and team of 4 Progressive. ONGC is the defending champion and has fielded a strong team to retain the title. Prominent players who will be participating include IOCL Chairman S Behuria, Sandeep Karmarkar from HPCL and Marianne Karmarkar from BPCL. Behuria would inaugurate the tourney, hosted by the ONGC.
