Sreesanth keen to move on post slap-gate
Saturday, May 10, 2008 18:17 [IST]
Chennai: Eager to put the slapping row with Harbhajan Singh behind him, Indian pacer S Sreesanth said the incident was a closed chapter for him and he was concentrating on his game now.

"I think about the present and I don't worry about the past," the Kings XI Punjab player Sreesanth, here to play the Indian Premier League match against Chennai Super Kings, said.

Sreesanth was slapped by Harbhajan after an IPL match last month. The incident resulted in Harbhajan being banned from the remainder of the IPL.

Meanwhile, Sreesanth rubbished reports that youngsters in the Kings XI team were being ill-treated by the franchise owners and asked to share rooms to cut costs.

"Everybody has individual rooms, we don't share any rooms," the Kerala-pacer said.
