Thursday, May 08, 2008 21:56 [IST]
Ahmedabad: Sudhir Nanavati, BCCI-appointed Commissioner probing the slapping row between Harbhajan Singh and S Sreesanth, will be wrapping up the investigation after hearing both the players here tomorrow afternoon. Harbhajan and Sreesanth have confirmed to appear before Nanavati, a lawyer, on Friday after being summoned by him on May 4.

The Ahmedabad-based lawyer had on Tuesday told reporters that he was "shocked" after seeing the video footage of the incident that took place after an Indian Premier League match between Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab on April 25.

He had seen the footage at the BCCI headquarters in Mumbai with IPL Chanirman and Commissioner Lalit Modi, Board Secretary Niranjan Shah and Joint Secretary M P Pandove.

Harbhajan has already been banned from rest of the IPL series and also fined after he was found guilty of slapping Sreesanth by the IPL match refree Farokh Engineer.
