Amitabh Choudhury re-elected JSCA president

Gumla (Jharkhand): Amitabh Choudhury was re-elected president of the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) unopposed in the biennial election of the state cricket body here today.

This was the fourth win for Choudhury as president of JSCA.

The president, secretary, treasurer, two vice-presidents were also elected unopposed as none from the opposition camp filed their nomination papers for the posts.

The electoral officer, Amarendra Kumar Singh, said the election was held for the posts of five-committee member.

P Shasidharan and Ahmed Raza Khan were the new executive committee members to get elected today.

The other three committee members, Kajal Das, Sanjay Kumar Singh and Sanjay Das, retained their posts.
