Bret Lee turns a radio jockey and guitarist
Thursday, April 17, 2008 19:28 [IST]

Chandigarh: One of the fastest bowlers in the history of cricket - Australian speedster Bret Lee - bowled a different one here on Thursday when he played a few musical notes at a local FM radio station here.

The popular Australian fast bowler donned the hat of a radio jockey at the FM station for nearly 15 minutes. He also played a composition on the guitar - a pastime he enjoys to indulge in.

Sporting his "Kings XI Punjab" red T-shirt, Lee seemed completely at ease at the radio station even after he had spent a few hours practicing at the Punjab Cricket Association stadium at Mohali, 10 km from here.

The home team, Kings XI Punjab, owned by Bollywood actress Preity Zinta and her industrialist boyfriend Ness Wadia, face Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led Chennai Superkings in their first encounter here Saturday.
