India women's hockey squad for Asian Games

New Delhi : A 22-member women's squad for the 15th Asian Games in Doha was announced by the Indian Women's Hockey Federation here Friday.
After a dismal 11th position in the World Cup in Madrid last month, the team would be looking for a reversal of fortunes at the continental games that start Dec 1.
The squad:
- Goalkeepers: Deepika Murthy, Jasdeep Kaur, Poonam Toppo, Marita Tirkey
- Full back: Suman Bala, Binita Toppo, Pushpa Pradhan
- Half back: Rajwinder Kaur, Asunta Lakra, Joydeep Kaur, Gagandeep Kaur, Rosalind Ralte, Subhadra Pradhan
- Forward: Surinder Kaur, Jasjeet Kaur, Deepika, Mamta Kharab, Ritu Rani, Saba Anjum, Jyoti Sunita Kullu, Binita Xess, Ranjita Devi
