Seoul: Sania Mirza's dream run at the Korea Open comes to an end as she goes down guns blazing to Virginia Ruano Pascual of Spain in the women's singles quarterfinals of the USD 145,000 tennis event here Friday (29 Sep, 2006).

The 19-year-old Indian, who had shocked top seed Martina Hingis in the second round, loses to doubles specialist Pascual 7-6 4-6 7-6 at the Olympic Park tennis centre.
