Geet Sethi, Pankaj Advani to be felicitated

New Delhi: World professional billiards champion Geet Sethi and Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna awardees Pankaj Advani will be felicitated by Delhi Billiards and Snooker Association on September 29.

Sethi won his fifth world professional title this year with the earlier ones coming in 1992, '93, '95 and '98.

He also has three world amateur titles that he won in 1985, 1987 and 2001.

Advani is the first Indian and second player in the history of cue sports to win both world billiards and snooker titles.

The two will also give away prizes for the Delhi Schools (Open) Billiards and Snooker Tournament for which a record 48 entries have been received in snooker and 24 in billiards.
