Wenger wary of dangerous Ronaldinho in Paris Thursday, April 27 2006 10:52 Hrs (IST) - World Time -
Barcelona (Spain):
Arsene Wenger singled out Ronaldinho as the danger man for Arsenal in Paris next month after watching Barcelona win their Champions League semi-final against AC Milan.
Wenger was at the Camp Nou to watch Barca book a date with first-time finalists Arsenal who secured their ticket with a goalless draw against Villarreal 24 hours earlier.
The Arsenal manager said: "It was logical (that Barcelona won), they had the better chances tonight. The final's going to be very interesting - I think we have a chance, let's prepare well."
Asked on Sky Sports if he'd seen anything to make him concerned he replied: "Ronaldinho, at any moment he can do something special."
Assessing his club's chances of securing their first European title the Frenchman added: "I feel the most important thing in a final is to go in with the right belief, if your're capable you can grab your chance.
"We want to make it our destiny." Arsenal face the 1992 European champions, who qualified 1-0 on aggregate, at the Stade de France in Paris on May 17.
